Who we are

We are a small friendly company specialising in creating powerful and easy to use software for primary school children, with offices in Central London, South Africa & Australia.

Our team includes a range of individuals who have worked in all sorts of roles in schools, such as head teachers, teachers, bursars and teaching assistants. We pride ourselves on making learning fun for children, making teachers’ lives easier and offering really great customer service.

Customer Support Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our customer support team. In this role, you will handle customer queries via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. Working as part of a small, active team, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our loyal customer base. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organised, quick to learn, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
