Children’s Art Week takes place over three weeks from 29th June to 19th July 2022. The celebration of the visual arts aims to encourage families and children to take part in creative activities that they may not have tried before.

World Music day is an annual celebration of all things music which takes place in over 125 countries and 1000 cities across the world on 21st June every year.
Purple Mash has a wide variety of tools and resources to help you to celebrate World Music Day, either in school or at home. In this blog we look at different ways you can create compositions with Purple Mash, before highlighting some of the new musical resources and activities, added to the music area this year.

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on the 5th June and is organised by the United Nations to raise awareness of our planet and the environment. This year is particularly noteworthy as it marks 50 years since the first international meeting on the environment, when the idea for World Environment Day was first suggested.
