Every year, thousands of schools, nurseries, colleges, community groups and organisations work together during the UK's biggest road safety event, raising awareness about road safety and helping save lives. Road Safety Week is the ideal time to run road safety lessons and assemblies or launch a campaign for safer local streets.

Anti-Bullying Week 2020: United against Bullying

Here at 2Simple, we’re supporting this year’s Anti-Bullying Week!  The theme for Anti-Bullying Week 2020 is: United Against Bullying. The week will run from Monday 16th - Friday 20th November and will start with Odd Socks Day to mark the first day of Anti-Bullying Week.

Celebrating Diwali with Purple Mash

Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is the biggest festival in the Hindu calendar and is celebrated in October or November each year. This year celebrations fall on Saturday 14th November. Here at 2Simple, we are celebrating Diwali with several resources you can use on Purple Mash. We are celebrating light and colour and invite your class to be creative and get involved.

Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day or Armistice Day is held on the 11th November and marks the day that World War 1 ended at 11 am on the 11th day, of the 11th month in 1918.  We have outlined a range of resources that can be used within Purple Mash on the theme of remembrance.

Digital Leaders - new resources and challenges!

Digital Leaders are children with a passion for technology who want to share their knowledge with others and promote the use of all things digital throughout the school.  Our Digital Leader scheme is completely free for Purple Mash subscribers and all the resources you need are available in the teacher area within Purple Mash.
