We're delighted to announce that 2Simple have been selected as finalists for the 2020 Education Resources Awards (ERA) in four categories! The ERA’s are a key date in the Educational calendar with the winners being announced on Friday, 27th March.
This year we’re finalists for Primary Resources or Equipment (inc. ICT) for Striver, our new PE and wellbeing platform that gives you a full PE scheme of work for Years 1-6, supported with dedicated wellbeing units. It’s been built around the realities of modern teaching and uses technology to allow teachers to do more in less time. It’s not just innovative, it’s important.
We’re also finalists for Evidence Me in the Primary Resources or Equipment category (Tools for leadership, management and assessment inc. ICT). Evidence Me (formerly 2Build a profile) is our redeveloped observation and assessment app with several features that enable teachers to capture learners’ experiences, monitor their development and create reports to show their progress.
Our new secondary coding platform, Python in Pieces has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Secondary Resource or Equipment Category. Python in Pieces has been designed to support the specialist and non-specialist teacher, with the ability to translate between block-code to Python, in BOTH directions whilst allowing your school to deliver a rigorous Computer Science and Information Technology Curriculum with ready-made curriculum mapped lessons.
Lastly, we’re Supplier of the Year (£1m-10m) finalists. 2Simple would not be here today without the support and commitment of teachers and schools who use our software and resources. This year 2Simple are celebrating 20 years of supporting teachers and creating educational software which enables teachers to concentrate on what they do best – teach.
