Support for teachers & parents

Do you run webinars for Evidence Me? 

Yes! You can visit our website to book onto any of our Evidence Me webinars. If you can’t attend a session live, we’ll still send you a recording so you can watch it at a time that suits you.

Additionally, we also have:

• Support videos on our Youtube Channel
• An online Help Centre
• A Facebook Community Group
• Telephone & email support
• 1-1 calls or screenshares

Do you have any resources to support parents with using Evidence Me? 

Yes! We have a range of resources to help parents get started with using Evidence Me, including:

• A Parent Letter which explains what Evidence Me is, how it works and how they can participate in using Evidence Me.
• A Help Guide for Parents which covers how to use the app, how to create a parent observation, how to view observations and how to add notes.
• A support guide for downloading and saving their child’s ‘Wow’ moments.

Tailoring Evidence Me to meet your needs

Can I customise Evidence Me to suit my school? 

Yes! There are a range of features within Evidence Me that can be tailored to suit your needs. This includes:

• Customising your frameworks
• Customising your observation notes
• Customising the visibility of objectives within observations
• Customising your Learner Observation report template
• Customising Parent Share

Can I add baseline assessment data to Evidence Me? 

Yes! If you’d like to add baseline assessment data to Evidence Me, you can follow our instruction guide.

Once added, the “baseline” will appear on the assessment area of the websuite to allow you to input your baseline information.

Can I use voice dictation rather than writing observation notes? 

Yes! You can dictate notes in the app on Apple devices by tapping the microphone icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your keypad.

Observations

Can I filter observations? 

Yes! The automatic tags feature adds tags to observations to allow you to quickly filter and view observations.

This feature is particularly useful for:

• Ensuring that you have not missed any parent submissions or parent comments
• Locating any observations that need completing (i.e. tagging learners and objectives)

Can I duplicate observations? 

Yes! With Evidence Me you can make one observation and split it individually by duplicating it.
