We know what a busy time of year this is so we've put together some top tips to help make your life easier when creating your reports!
Creating your own templates
It’s easy to create your own template for generating your observations in PDF or Word.
The quickest and easiest way to do this is to download the Standard Template and modify it to suit your needs (e.g. add your own logo). You can create as many templates as you like!
For more information on creating your own templates please visit our help site.
Getting the most from the "Pupil Progress Report"
This is a “progress report” showing progression through the age bands. The shaded bars show a rolling average of yearly progress broken down into 3 terms. Choose to view information for one learner or review an area for the whole class.
Did you know?
The dates for the pupil progress report can now be customised. If you want to change the term dates on your account, simply contact support on 0161 883 2332, or email our support team and let us know your term dates.
Framework Coverage Report
This report shows you “at a glance” each learner’s coverage of the framework.
Clicking on a box in the overview report opens the observations and notes that were captured by the observer. This is great way to generate a report for a targeted strand to help make and back up judgements.
Are your observations visible on your device with a green dot indicating they have been sent up to the websuite, but not visible on the websuite?
If you didn’t tag a learner to an observation, the file will be stored in 'All experiences not allocated to a class/learner' (from the ‘View Observations’ drop down list)
You can then click ‘Add/ Update Learners’ to link the observation so that it will appear within that learner’s profile.
PLEASE NOTE: If you did tag a learners, please contact support on 0161 883 2332, so that we can make sure that you are set up correctly.
