Each month we highlight a different tool or application within Purple Mash and how it can be used within the classroom to support learning across the curriculum. We call this the Mash of the Month, this month it's our Multiplication Tables Check. We've put together a collection of activities and games, all with a London theme and written especially for Maths Week London 2024.

We're thrilled to announce that Python in Pieces has won an Educational Resources Award (ERA) in the Secondary Resource or Equipment – ICT category!

Although we have always been proud of how well Python in Pieces supports schools with transitioning students from block code to text-based coding, it's fantastic to have this recognised by ERA's panel of judges.

It's that time of year when children in all year groups will be practicing and revising their key skills, ready for SATs, the Multiplication Tables Check or end of year assessments.  We've got lots of resources on Purple Mash and Serial Mash to help with the key skills across reading, writing, SPaG and maths.
