We know what a busy time of year this is so we've put together some top tips to help make your life easier when planning, preparing and running parents evening.
1. Save on preparation time
You can use the framework coverage report to quickly identify areas of confidence and for development for each child, while the pupil progress report can be used to quickly identify the age band that child is working at and see progression over the last year.
For more information on generating reports, you can visit our help site.
2. Avoid paperwork
Use iBooks and Adobe Reader as an AMAZING way to present your reports! Storing your learners' observations on your device means that they are all easily accessible during parents evening and have a professional look.
TOP TIP: View and manage your reports using the iBooks Collections at the top middle of the screen e.g. create a collection for each class group.

For more information about editing your templates please visit out help site, or give our support team a call.
4. Rewarding good behaviour
Did you know that you can record 'good behaviour' observations using 2Reward as part of whole school behaviour policy and share that with parents? This means you can capture good behaviour on the move and celebrate and promote "Golden Rules" in your school. ?You can generate good behaviour certificates from the web suite and show them to parents on parents evening. The observations can even be included in your learning journals. Finally, the "Behaviour Live!" page allows you to display your class's good behaviour during parents evening in a fun and visual way.
