Most mental health problems emerge by age 14 and so it's important that we promote positive wellbeing, and start building resilience, before children leave primary school. This year we've launched two new platforms that cover wellbeing, Striver and Dot Com Digital.
Striver is a digital platform that includes a full PE scheme of work alongside six wellbeing topics. Regardless of prior experience, our step-by-step lesson plans, with supporting resources, mean you'll always feel calm and in control.
Dot Com Digital is a safeguarding and wellbeing resource. It uses a values based approach that empowers children to develop confidence and make safe choices.
You can still get involved in #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek by downloading our free wellbeing pack and trying a wellbeing lesson from Striver and Dot Com Digital with your class.
