Yoga, mindfulness, and dance are great ways to promote positive mental health and they can be done indoors without any fancy equipment.
We're giving schools free access to all our yoga and mindfulness resources, plus selected dance units.
These sessions are perfect to use in school and at home with families to help everyone stay calm and relaxed through this difficult time. You can share the resources with parents and carers for use at home.
