Striver has been created with a sole purpose: To improve primary aged pupils long-term physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga, mindfulness, and dance are great ways to promote positive mental health and they can be done indoors without any fancy equipment.

New Slideshows for the Computing Scheme of Work, sample pack
