Stuck for where to look for help on Purple Mash? There’s a whole load of ways in which we can support you while using our site.
We have a whole support section in the Purple Mash drop down menu. Here you can go on a tour of the Purple Mash site, start an online chat with our support team, and find our online support topics, help videos and a link to our CPD training.
Our help videos cover a range of topics including how to set work as 2Dos, saving work and sharing work. There are many more videos on our YouTube channel, including recordings of our webinars.
Our webinars are free to attend - they're usually only 20-30 minutes long and held at lunchtime, so you can sit back with your lunch and enjoy! Browse and book webinars here. All webinars are uploaded to our YouTube channel after so if you can’t make it to a live one, you can watch at a time convenient to you. We also have regular teacher panels to show new products, resources and updates and to listen to your ideas and requests. Keep an eye out for these on social media or on our webinars page!
Webinars form part of our CPD, but they’re only one part! We've recently rolled out something pretty exciting - the Purple Mash Journey to Excellence! This is a roadmap for teachers who are keen to explore the platform in depth, from their very first steps in Purple Mash to diving into its fantastic array of tools and resources. By completing this journey, teachers will be able to craft a wide range of engaging lessons using Purple Mash, and be recognized as trailblazers in Purple Mash. Interested in learning more? If you can’t book some CPD in with us, we also have a training platform where you can undergo self-led CPD courses. These courses all have videos, quizzes and links to useful documents. The courses are particularly helpful to find out more about different tools and subjects within Purple Mash.
If you’re using a particular tool and need a bit of help, search for ‘guide’ in our search bar, and all of the tool guides will appear. These explain the tools and how to use them.

Mash Meets are a space for teachers to meet and have a bite to eat and drink whilst swapping their latest teaching tips.
