The men's Rugby World Cup takes place in France from 8th September to 20th October 2023, with all home nations taking part it gives schools the perfect opportunity to teach rugby and for pupils to find out more about the 20 countries participating.

Children's Mental Health Week - 7-13 February 2022

While this blog and many of the websites and organisations mentioned are very UK focussed we have decided to share it because we at 2Simple South Africa are passionate about Children's Mental health and we believe it should be a focus in all schools.

Children's Mental Health Week is run by children's mental health charity Place2Be, who launched the first ever Children's Mental Health week in 2015 to shine a spotlight on the importance of Children and young people's mental health.

World Mental Health Day

The World Health Organisation recognizes World Mental Health day on 10th October every year. This year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is Mental Health in an Unequal World. There are a range of resources that schools and teachers can use to mark #WorldMentalHealthDay #WMHD2021.
