Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

April 30, 2021

Mental Health Awareness week, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, takes place from 10-16 May 2021 and, the theme this year is Nature.

During this last year more of us have connected with nature than ever before, during our daily walks and being able to enjoy being in the open. One of the aims of the week is to inspire more people to connect with nature and noticing the impacts that this connection can have for their mental health. We have a range of resources that can be used during the week to encourage children to #ConnectWithNature.
