Evidence Me has made record keeping so much more manageable and professional. Parents have commented that they found being shown photographic evidence of their child’s activities with relevant comments was more meaningful and attractively presented.

As a teacher with 30 years’ experience, responsible for the record keeping of 52 pupils each day, I have waited a long time for this to be invented and it has meant that my time can be used more effectively rather than constantly writing or sorting photos into files.

I am very pleased with how (2Build a Profile) has streamlined our record-keeping and allows us to easily access observations and assessments. The app is extremely user-friendly, with clear instructions and an easy to use format.

I have found it particularly useful for children with additional needs, as there is a portfolio of evidence to hand to share with parents, and also with other professionals.

In addition, the customer support team are excellent. They are friendly and approachable, and can talk you through your issue step by step. Overall, we are delighted with the app and would certainly recommend it to other preschool settings.

At present, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 are using 2Build a Profile and it has really helped us. For a number of years we have been trying to look at ways to make sure that our coverage and our assessment procedures within the Foundation subjects and Key Stages 1 and 2 are better than they currently are.

2Build a Profile is so well designed that it has allowed us to really monitor the coverage of our curriculum areas and to also assess children’s attainment in each of the curriculum areas.
