Australian Primary Principals' Day

July 21, 2022

The purpose of Principals' Day is to celebrate the work that principals do within Australia's primary schools. It is aimed at recognising the value and contribution principals make every day to their schools and to children throughout Australia. Any acknowledgement on this day will go a long way in reminding principals why they love what they do and reassuring them of your support and appreciation.

Here at 2Simple, we say THANK YOU for using Purple Mash, with a huge variety of resources and activities you can use to ensure your students can show their appreciation for their principal. This year the special day is Friday 5th August.

Outdoor Learning with Purple Mash

July 4, 2022

Outdoor Learning is active learning where participants learn through what they do, through what they encounter and through what they discover. Participants learn about the outdoors, themselves and each other, while also developing outdoor skills.

We have created a range of activities to fully embed outdoor learning into the curriculum which can either be used in the classroom to build on learning and evaluate or to stimulate exploration and discovery outside.

Children’s Art Week takes place over three weeks from 29th June to 19th July 2022. The celebration of the visual arts aims to encourage families and children to take part in creative activities that they may not have tried before.

During the three weeks, creative activities take place across the UK, both virtually and in-person, and there are a host of opportunities for children to be inspired. Let's discover some of the ways you can get creative with the virtual paint inside Purple Mash.
