For all teachers, parents and children this back to school year is totally different than any other, for many children this will be the first time that they have been back to school since March. Bubbles and blended learning were terms that we would not have used this time last year, but terms that we are now all used to. The United Nations International Day of Yoga is held annually on the 21st June. This year the theme is Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family and aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga. During this time of isolation and social distancing, Yoga can be used to help with both our physical and mental wellbeing.
